JAPAN CONTINUES RESTARTING POWER PLANTS
"Chugoku Electric Power has decided to restart the Shimane Nuclear Power Plant Unit 2 on the 7th of next month (December), and submitted an application to the Nuclear Regulation Authority on the 11th. This will be the first time the reactor has been started since 2012."
Onagawa-2 was only just restarted a few weeks ago. Japan is pushing now to get these units restarted. For good reason I would say, as it is currently hugely dependent on fossil fuels which are expensive (they need to be imported), add to climate change and kill at least hundreds of people a year due to air pollution.
Let's restart them all!
